Forgot your appointment?
No worries, it happens to the best of us. However, to honor the commitment between our clients and our studio, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
For cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice, there will be no refunds. You must book and pay again for another service at a later date.
